By registering for classes, purchasing memberships, visiting our studio, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Summit Enterprise Yoga Studio provides:

• In-person yoga classes at our City Center location
• Online yoga classes via live streaming and on-demand videos
• Corporate wellness programs and workshops
• Private yoga instruction
• Meditation and breathwork sessions
• Wellness resources and educational content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase memberships or register for classes independently. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision as appropriate.

Health and Safety

By participating in our classes and programs, you represent that:

• You are in good physical and mental health
• You have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns
• You will inform instructors of any health conditions or limitations that may affect your practice
• You understand that yoga practice involves physical activity and carries inherent risks

4. Memberships and Payments

Membership Types

We offer various membership options including drop-in classes, monthly unlimited memberships, and private sessions. Specific pricing and terms are available on our Services page.

Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full before accessing classes or services
• Monthly memberships are billed automatically on the same date each month
• You are responsible for maintaining current payment information
• Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges

Refund Policy

• Drop-in class fees are non-refundable once purchased
• Monthly memberships are non-refundable but may be canceled with 30 days' notice
• Private session fees may be refunded with 24 hours' notice
• Special workshops and events have specific refund policies stated at time of purchase

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Class Cancellations by Studio

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will provide notice as soon as possible and offer makeup classes or credits.

Student Cancellations

• Drop-in classes: No cancellation required
• Private sessions: Require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling
• Membership cancellations: Require 30 days' written notice via email to info@vertexchaininvest.com

6. Studio Rules and Conduct

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all participants must:

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes (late arrivals may be denied entry)
• Turn off or silence mobile devices during class
• Respect the quiet and meditative atmosphere of the studio
• Use personal hygiene products and wear appropriate, clean clothing
• Return all studio props and equipment to their designated areas
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind

We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals who violate these rules or create an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Yoga and physical fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. By participating in our classes and programs, you:

• Acknowledge and accept these risks
• Agree to practice safely within your own limits
• Release Summit Enterprise Yoga Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during participation
• Assume full responsibility for any injuries to yourself or your property

This waiver applies to injuries caused by ordinary negligence but does not extend to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our classes, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, class sequences, and proprietary teaching methods, is the intellectual property of Summit Enterprise Yoga Studio and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Record video or audio of classes without explicit consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Share login credentials for online classes with unauthorized users

9. Online Services and Technology

Online Class Access

Access to online classes requires:

• A stable internet connection
• Compatible device and browser
• Active membership or valid class credit

We are not responsible for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or incompatible devices that prevent access to online services.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
