Find answers to common questions about our classes and services
No experience necessary! We offer Beginner Foundations classes specifically designed for people who are completely new to yoga. Our instructors provide modifications and alternatives for all poses, ensuring everyone can practice safely regardless of flexibility, strength, or prior experience. Many of our most dedicated students started as complete beginners.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted clothing works better than loose items that might slip during poses. We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other props, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class to complete check-in and get oriented with our facility. For subsequent classes, arriving 5-10 minutes early gives you time to settle in, set up your mat, and mentally prepare for practice. Late arrivals can be disruptive to other students and may miss important warm-up sequences.
Beginner Foundations: Slow-paced introduction to basic poses and breathing techniques.
Vinyasa Flow: Dynamic, flowing sequences linking breath with movement.
Restorative & Yin: Gentle, relaxing practice with long-held poses for deep stretching.
Power Yoga: Athletic, challenging practice for building strength and stamina.

Absolutely! We offer drop-in rates at $25 per class, allowing you to try different class styles and instructors before deciding on a membership. Many students start with a few drop-in classes to find their preferred style and schedule before committing to a monthly membership.
Yoga can be therapeutic for many conditions, but it's essential to practice safely. Please inform your instructor about any injuries or health concerns before class so they can provide appropriate modifications. For specific conditions, we recommend starting with a private session where an instructor can design a practice tailored to your needs. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
For beginners, we recommend 2-3 classes per week to build familiarity with poses and develop a consistent practice. As you progress, you can increase frequency based on your goals and schedule. Even one class per week provides benefits, while daily practice offers maximum transformation. Our monthly unlimited membership is perfect for those wanting to practice frequently without per-class costs.
